國資委公告中明確指出：從2010年起，力爭在3-5年內(nèi)將非主營酒店業(yè)務(wù)的央企及各級子公司旗下的酒店資產(chǎn)分離重組。分離出的酒店資產(chǎn)，將通過無償劃撥、協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)讓、市場轉(zhuǎn)讓三種方式，重組到主營酒店業(yè)務(wù)的央企名下。同時，未經(jīng)國資委批準，非主營酒店的央企將不得再投資新建經(jīng)營性的賓館酒店。

　　國資委研究中心戰(zhàn)略部部長張春曉表示，在重組過程中，可以結(jié)合資產(chǎn)狀況選用不同的方式，目前還僅限于央企中流動，也不排除最終會有一些賓館酒店類資產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移給社會，被非國有資本接收。

　　據(jù)有關(guān)資料顯示，隨著央企非主營資產(chǎn)清理力度的不斷加大，繼2007年中國郵政轉(zhuǎn)讓了其所持有的百家左右酒店資產(chǎn)后，目前中國郵政仍在推介位于湖南、湖北、吉林、四川及浙江的10處賓館資產(chǎn)。

　　The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council announcement clearly said they will strive to separate and reorganize the hotel assets of central enterprises whose main business is not hotel and all levels of subsidiary company in 3 or 5 years from 2010. The separated hotel assets will be reorganized and gave back to the central enterprises are mainly engaging in hotels by three ways which are free assign, agreement transfer, trade transfer. Meanwhile, without the approve of The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the central enterprise whose main business is not hotel can’t invest and construct any new hotels any more.

　　Zhang Chunxiao said, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council Research Center Strategy Department Minister, we will select different way to reorganize the assets according to different assets situation, although presently the assets are transferred among central enterprises, we will not clear the possibilities that some hotel assets will be transferred to some society organizations and taken by non-state capital.

　　According to some data, as the strength of clearing the non-primary business assets of central enterprises growing stronger, after transferred his nearly hundred of hotel assets in 2007, now China Post Savings still possess nearly 10 hotel assets which are located in Hunan, Hubei, Jilin, Sichuan and Zhejiang Province.
