為了更好地促進(jìn)中國(guó)和國(guó)際旅游酒店業(yè)交流與發(fā)展，經(jīng)研究決定，現(xiàn)特聘王勝利和宋長(zhǎng)瑞先生擔(dān)任聯(lián)盟顧問(wèn)（王勝利曾任中國(guó)人民解放軍總參謀部局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)家人防辦副主任，副部長(zhǎng)級(jí)；宋長(zhǎng)瑞曾任河北省石家莊市委副書(shū)記、秦皇島市委書(shū)記、保定市委書(shū)記，河北省人大黨組副書(shū)記、副主任，副省長(zhǎng)級(jí)）。任期三年，自本《通告》發(fā)出之日起生效。

Notification for Mr. Wang Shengli and Mr. Song Changrui’s appointment as consultants of WHA

In order to better promote the communication and development of China and international tourism&hotel industry, it was decided after study that, Mr. Wang Shengli and Mr. Song Changrui were appointed as consultants of World Hotel Association for the term of three years(Mr. Wang Shengli has previously acted as director general of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, deputy director of the Office of Civil Air Defence of the People’s Republic of China, equal to vice-minister; and Mr. Song Changrui was previously deputy secretary of Shi Jiazhuang’s municipal party committee, municipal party secretary of Qinhuangdao and Baoding city of Hebei provice, deputy secretary and deputy director of the leading Party group of Hebei National People’s Congress, equal to vice-governor). The appointment letter will take effect upon the day it is released.
