為了順應(yīng)新時(shí)期大政方針需要，更好地推動(dòng)中國(guó)文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，在國(guó)家“文化和旅游部”成立之際，由世界酒店聯(lián)盟和潤(rùn)地利科技實(shí)業(yè)投資集團(tuán)聯(lián)合組建的“文旅國(guó)際酒店集團(tuán)”日前在北京開始籌組，辦公總部設(shè)在中國(guó)北京，并以世界酒店聯(lián)盟中國(guó)華東示范基地之“潤(rùn)澳花園大酒店綜合體”項(xiàng)目（由潤(rùn)地利科技實(shí)業(yè)投資集團(tuán)投資約30億元人民幣）為起點(diǎn)進(jìn)行集團(tuán)化運(yùn)營(yíng)管理發(fā)展，并致力在主題精品酒店、五星級(jí)特色酒店、小型奢華書院酒店，以及酒店旅游文化綜合體等方面進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈投資管理業(yè)務(wù)，該“酒店管理集團(tuán)”將進(jìn)行一系列高水平整合運(yùn)作，執(zhí)行公司為“文旅（北京）國(guó)際酒店管理有限公司”，注冊(cè)資本金1000萬(wàn)元人民幣，由世界酒店聯(lián)盟主席吳軍林兼任董事長(zhǎng)、總裁，由潤(rùn)地利科技實(shí)業(yè)投資集團(tuán)董事局主席、世界酒店聯(lián)盟副主席王和平兼任投資合伙人。該“酒店管理集團(tuán)”籌備成立情況將在今年四月“世界酒店聯(lián)盟主席團(tuán)工作會(huì)議”上進(jìn)行具體情況說(shuō)明。
